Terms and Conditions

Evolution Travel provides a personalized subscription service that allows subscribers to access professional travel booking tools, both free and paid training content, and social tools from its community via the Internet through computers and mobile devices.

These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. In this context, “Evolution Travel service,” “our service,” or “the service” refers to the personalized service provided by Evolution Travel for accessing booking tools for travel products, such as the “CRS ET,” along with all related content and software.

1. Subscription

1.1. Your subscription to Evolution Travel will continue until canceled, except for the free membership, which automatically expires one year after registration at no cost.
To use the Evolution Travel service, you must have Internet access and a compatible device. You must also provide one or more Payment Methods.
A “Payment Method” means a current, valid, and accepted method of payment that may be updated periodically and include payments processed via a third party.
Unless you cancel your subscription before the billing date, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your chosen Payment Method (see the “Cancellation” section below).

1.2. We offer various subscription plans. Some plans may include different terms or limitations, which will be disclosed during registration or through other communications.
You can find specific details about your Evolution Travel subscription by visiting our website and clicking the “Account” link available at the top of the pages under your profile name.

2. Promotional Offers

From time to time, we may offer special plans, memberships, or promotional offers (“Offers”).
Evolution Travel determines eligibility at its sole discretion and reserves the right to revoke an Offer and suspend your account if you are deemed ineligible.
To determine eligibility, we may use information such as device ID, payment method, or an email address associated with an existing or recently activated Evolution Travel subscription.
Eligibility requirements, limitations, and conditions will be communicated at the time of signing up or through other means.

3. Billing and Cancellation

3.1. Billing Cycle
The subscription fee for the Evolution Travel service will be charged to your Payment Method on the billing date specified on the “Account” page.
The billing cycle duration depends on the subscription plan selected at sign-up.
In some cases, the billing date may change—for example, if the charge fails, if you change your plan, or if your paid subscription started on a day that doesn’t occur in a given month.
To check your next payment date, visit the “Billing Information” link on the “Account” page.
If you registered using a third-party Payment Method, you can find billing information by logging into that account.

3.2. Payment Methods
To use the Evolution Travel service, you must provide one or more Payment Methods.
You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated with your account if your primary one fails. You are responsible for any unpaid balances.
If a payment fails due to expiration, insufficient funds, or other issues—and your account has not been canceled—we may suspend your access until a successful payment is made.
Your provider may charge additional fees (e.g., for international transactions). Tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method.

3.3. Updating Payment Methods
You can update your Payment Methods on the “Account” page.
We may also update them based on data from payment service providers. After each update, you authorize us to continue charging the available methods.

3.4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription to Evolution Travel at any time and will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
Payments are non-refundable and no credits are issued for partially used subscription periods or unused Evolution Travel services.
To cancel, visit the “Account” page and follow the cancellation instructions.
Once canceled, your account will automatically close at the end of the billing cycle.
If you signed up using a third-party Payment Method, you may need to cancel through that provider by accessing your settings and disabling auto-renew or canceling the service directly with them.

3.5. Changes to Price and Subscription Plans
We may occasionally update our subscription plans and pricing; however, any such changes will take effect no earlier than 30 days after notification.

4. Evolution Travel Service

4.1. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. Minors may use the service only under adult supervision.

4.2. During your subscription period, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Evolution Travel service and view its content.
No other rights, titles, or interests are transferred to you.
You are solely responsible for your username and password and may not share or disclose them to third parties.

4.3. You may view content and use Evolution Travel services primarily in the country where your account was created and only in geographic areas where we offer the service and hold licenses.
The available content or services may vary by location and over time.
The number of devices you can use at the same time depends on your subscription plan and is listed on your “Account” page.

4.4. Evolution Travel service, content, and tools are updated regularly.
We also continually test various features, including the website, user interfaces, and functionalities.

4.5. You agree not to store, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use (unless expressly permitted in these Terms of Use) any Evolution Travel content or information.
You also agree not to:

• bypass, remove, or disable content protections;

• use robots, spiders, or scraping tools to access the service;

• decompile or reverse-engineer any part of the service;

• inject any malicious code or manipulate the service in any way;

• upload or transmit materials designed to damage or interrupt any systems (including viruses or malware).

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your use of the service if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal or fraudulent activity.

4.6. Evolution Travel software is developed by or on behalf of Evolution Travel and may only be used for its intended purpose.
You acknowledge that the use of the service may involve third-party software subject to third-party licenses.
You agree to receive automatic updates of such software.

5. Password and Account Access

The subscriber who created the Evolution Travel account and whose Payment Method is charged (the “Account Holder”) is responsible for all activity that occurs under the account.
To maintain control, the Account Holder must retain control of the devices used to access the service and not share login credentials or payment details.
It is your responsibility to keep your account information accurate.
We may suspend or terminate your account to protect you, Evolution Travel, or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activity.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by English law.
They do not affect any consumer rights that may apply under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

6.2. Customer Support

6.3. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully effective.

6.4. Changes to Terms of Use
Evolution Travel may update these Terms from time to time.
We will notify you at least 30 days before any significant changes take effect.

6.5. Electronic Communications
We will send you account-related communications (e.g., payment authorizations, invoices, password changes, confirmations) exclusively via electronic means, such as email to the address you provided at registration.
