Why does your Etway in 50% of cases, excluding flights, have better rates than the big boys in the industry?

Simple: we charge a margin close to zero and count on the membership with an annual flat rate of 27 euros. Nothing strange, it is like many companies do, such as Netflix where you pay a membership and can watch as many films as you want.

What is the difference between Etway and other hotel booking platforms?

Every time you book a hotel, a lot of the money you pay ends up in the pockets of the site from which you made the booking.
Classic booking sites charge a surcharge of up to 35% on the price of hotels, on every single booking.
At Etway you get the lowest rates on the market (the same as for our Consultants and travel agencies) because our profit is on your annual membership, just like Amazon Prime.

Can I choose a membership and then change?

Yes, of course! In the case of both upgrade and downgrade you will pay for the new membership without compensating the existing one. Alternatively, you can choose to do this on expiry.

What is the difference between Free and Plus membership?

The Free membership allows you access to Etway on a consultation-only basis. This means you can browse the entire portal and see prices, but you cannot confirm your booking. To do this you will need to sign up for the Plus membership which unlocks the ‘Book’ button to confirm your travel bookings and the 2% commission you earn.

It depends on you, on what you want to do. You can start with the Free account to browse the travel search system for free and check the competitiveness of prices.
If you are just looking for the best fares on the market for you and your family and friends, then the 27 euro per year Plus membership is enough.
If you want to share your passion for travel with many more like-minded people, you can be part of our community by joining the €147 per year Pro membership, where you will have many social tools at your disposal, lots of free online training and everything you read about in the table above.
